Welcome to HumptyDumptyStore (humptydumptystore.pk), an online store for kids’ and newborn clothing, shoes and accessories based in Lahore, Pakistan. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all visitors and customers of humptydumptystore.pk across Pakistan.
  • By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, fake orders or repeated refusal of COD parcels.

2. Products & Sizes

  • We make every effort to display product colours, prints and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
  • Sizes are listed by age (e.g. 0–3 months, 2–3 years). Children grow at different rates, so please check the size details on each product page. If unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of placing your order will apply.
  • In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and notify you.

4. Placing an Order

  • Provide your complete name, delivery address, city and an active mobile number at checkout. Incorrect information may delay or cancel delivery.
  • After you place an order, our team may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm it. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
  • An order is accepted only once it is confirmed and dispatched.

5. Payment (Cash on Delivery)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please pay the full amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
  • Kindly keep the exact amount ready. Courier riders may not carry change.
  • Other payment methods (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) may be offered from time to time and will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
  • Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and other cities.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days in other areas. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your parcel.
  • Please inspect the parcel’s packaging on delivery. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, mention it to the rider and contact us immediately.

7. Exchange & Returns

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for a wrong size, wrong item or manufacturing defect.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, socks, caps, gloves, undergarments, feeders, nappies and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Delivery charges for all exchanges and returns are paid by the customer, including the cost of sending the item back to us and re-delivering the replacement.
  • Where a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 0080987 with your order number and photos of the item.

8. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please avoid refusing parcels at the door, as this causes delivery losses for small businesses.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes and sale offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • We may withdraw or change any promotion at any time and cancel orders where codes are misused.

10. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the website.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product photos, text and design, belongs to HumptyDumptyStore and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products are intended for normal use. Please follow care labels and supervise young children with accessories and toys, especially small parts.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, phone number, address and email). We never sell your data. Your details are shared only with courier partners for delivery. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the applicable consumer protection laws (such as the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005) and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Please review this page before placing a new order.
